Nike Peg 41 Launch

For the launch of Peg 41 and the kickoff of The Road to Paris Olympics campaign, I lead the alignment across Global/Geo multidisciplinary teams to creatively develop and execute a dynamic retail pop-up space on Michigan Ave.

- Coordinated between Brand and Real Estate teams to secure city and board approvals, ensuring seamless compliance with regulations.
-Managed the build and installation process, overseeing timelines, and execution to deliver a high-impact consumer experience.
-Developed the Run of Show, coordinating multiple parties in a complex project within a compressed timeline.
- Primary liason between store operations, loss prevention, IT, marketing, and external partners to ensure cohesive x-functional collaboration and successful project delivery
